Automobile Detailing Supervisor Wanted to Deliver Perfection

As the Automobile Detailing Supervisor, you'll be expected to be responsible for virtually everything related to the detailing department, including supervising and managing a team while maintaining productivity targets, hiring, training, coaching, and correcting staff, creating and constantly updating schedules, coordinating with Sales and Service all day long, ensuring every used vehicle is reconditioned and detailed within 48 hours of arrival, making sure every sold vehicle is perfectly cleaned and ready for delivery, recommending additional detailing services whenever possible, inspecting every new vehicle PDI to dealership and GM standards, handling customer detailing invoices and payments, managing inventory, budgets, cost estimates, repair orders, and administrative paperwork, inspecting all completed work for quality, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring the detailing bays, shop, tool room, parts areas, and entire vehicle lot remain spotless at all times, checking every vehicle door on the lot every single day, organizing the lot, solving everyone else's problems when things fall behind, and spending the winter scraping snow off vehicles and maintaining the lot in all weather conditions, all while being expected to keep everything running smoothly regardless of staffing levels, workload, or unexpected issues.

• Highschool or GED
• 3 years detail experience required
• Driver’s License & Clean Driver’s Abstract required. Must be comfortable driving large pick ups.
• Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Job requires working outside in the elements to move vehicles.
