Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
- Actively listen and identify client's business challenges and offer appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule product demos and present solutions to potential clients
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, progress, and sales activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Continuously educate oneself on the latest trends and developments in the custom software, managed service provider, and custom SaaS industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and improve lead generation strategies and materials
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies.
