Engineering11 helps teams build great software, faster, without the pitfalls. We bring together a production-ready foundation, a knowledge corpus, AI agents that amplify the whole team, and optional professional services to build and operate it, and we're building E11 Cloud to run the whole platform end to end. The platform is proven and mature.

We're hiring a full-stack engineer to own feature delivery from end to end, from the user interface down to the database. You'll work across our React front end (Next, Tailwind, ShadCN) and our NestJS services and shared TypeScript SDKs, building complete features on your own rather than passing work back and forth. We're also building a cloud-agnostic V2 backend in Hono, so familiarity with that kind of stack is a plus. We lean on AI across our engineering, so we want someone who uses it well to move quickly up and down the stack and across our codebases.

- Strong TypeScript across both front end and back end, shipping production features end to end.

- Strong React, including Next, Tailwind, and ShadCN, with a good eye for clean, usable UI.

- Solid NestJS experience building and maintaining backend services and shared TypeScript SDK packages.

- Comfortable owning a feature from the UI down to the database on your own, without handing parts off.

- Experience with a hybrid data layer: SQL (Postgres or MSSQL via Knex/Objection) and Firestore, including safe schema migrations.

- Hands-on with Google Cloud services (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks) and event-driven workflows (Pub/Sub).

- Good testing habits with Jest and Firebase emulators, and disciplined releases (conventional commits, semver, scoped packages).

- Comfortable moving between multiple codebases and projects while meeting delivery timelines.

- You use AI tools well to work quickly up and down the stack and in unfamiliar code.

- Generalists welcome. The more of our stack and tooling you know, the better.
