Village Baking Co. is a French bakery and café with five neighborhood locations across Dallas: Preston Center, Knox Street, Bishop Arts, Lowest Greenville, and Oak Lawn. Everything starts at our Bakehouse, where our team bakes croissants, pastries, and breads from scratch every morning. Our catering program brings that same quality to offices, events, and gatherings across Dallas, from breakfast meetings to celebrations. We’re a tight team that cares about doing things the right way, and we’re growing.

The Role

This isn’t a typical bakery job. You’ll split your time between helping produce our catering orders at the Bakehouse and working directly with our catering customers, by phone and in person. No baking experience is needed; we’ll teach you. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, and enjoys variety in their day
