
Village Baking Company was founded in 2004 with a simple passion: to bring the craft of artisan bread and pastry to our community. What began as a small neighborhood bakery café has grown into a multi-location bakery and coffee shop serving Dallas some of its finest breads, croissants, pastries, and coffee.
Through every stage of growth—from wholesale to retail—we’ve remained true to traditional artisan methods, using fresh ingredients and time-honored processes that bring out the best in every product.
