Responsibilities

- Represent Bob's Steak and Chop House in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the menu, including ingredients and preparations
- Possess extensive knowledge of wine and cocktail offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests
- Take and deliver accurate orders promptly and efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations or alternate options as needed
- Monitor tables and respond to guest requests or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Follow all safety and sanitary procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Attend trainings and stay updated on food and beverage trends, including any changes to the menu or wine offerings
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and good judgment
- Navigate a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Work with a team to ensure smooth operations and assist with tasks such as setting and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with other duties as needed
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
