Indio is a space where we collaborate to make a sizable impact on the DFW property rental market and where we create opportunities for our team members to find their strengths and seek out personal growth. Indio provides a professional environment where employees are encouraged to express their personalities every day. We encourage you to visit our Career Center to view our current openings.

Headquartered in Dallas, Indio is proud to call Texas home. With deep roots in the community, we approach each day with an outward focus on how we can help others.

We believe maintaining a lifestyle for our residents is essential, and we focus on exceptional service, effective communication, and rapid responsiveness. Sometimes the most basic things are also the most important.

Every aspect of our management process has been thoughtfully designed to create the ultimate experience for both our residents and the property owners we work with.

In 2022, Indio reached approximately 140 multi-family residential communities consisting of close to 16,000 apartment units. Our property managers and team are here to serve.

Culture and Values

While we strive to be the best at what we do, we understand there is still more. Our focus is to create positive experiences for our clients, residents, and all parties involved.

From the start, Indio has volunteered at local organizations each year and donated money to charities. We believe giving back to the community not only helps those we are serving but also helps our team keep things in perspective. Team building events and holiday parties are also in our repertoire. Our employees enjoy the opportunity to build relationships in a more relaxed environment. We work hard and we play hard.
