Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry ($75 PPA or more)
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations and customer service standards
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, proven ability to train, mentor, and develop staff members

- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills

Physical Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in daily operations of the front of house staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in Recruitment, training, and manage front of house team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front of house operations.
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Monitor and control inventory and supplies for front of house operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve service and operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.
