About the Company

Job Description

This Role Is Not For EveryoneIt Might Be For You.

For over 25 years, Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) and E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) have created meaningful employment for veterans and people with disabilities through federal contracts under theAbilityOne/JWOD Program and EEI's WorksWonders program. Together, these two nonprofit organizations form a mission-driven, people-first enterprise built on real contracts, real accountability ,and real impact. This is not a supporting role. This is the person who keeps both organizations running, growing, and delivering on the promise that brought them into existence. You will own internal operations across two entities, lead a team of directors, and report directly to the CEO. When the CEO is unavailable, you are the organization. You see around corners. You make decisions and stand behind them. You hold people accountable without losing them. You can sit in a board meeting and walk a contract site on the same day and be exactly who the moment needs in both places.
