Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner in a high-end steakhouse setting
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining area and surrounding areas
• Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables
• Restock and maintain supplies such as utensils, linens, and condiments
• Attend to customer needs and requests promptly and courteously
• Assist in general kitchen duties such as dishwashing and taking out trash
• Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
