Job Description

We're hiring a Content & Brand Producer to run our LinkedIn engine, executive content, and newsletters across all three business units. This is a remote contractor role reporting directly to our Director of Marketing & Brand.

You'll be the writing and creative engine for the company. You'll turn executive transcripts and clips into LinkedIn posts and short videos, ship the Savoy newsletter on a regular cadence, and produce social and reputation content for ~60 multifamily properties. You'll work independently from a ticket-based intake — no daily check-ins, no committees.

This role is built for an AI-native creative who ships. You use Claude or ChatGPT every day, you can produce a finished post from a raw transcript in under an hour, and you read product changelogs for fun.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English — your writing reads like a native speaker's.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar).
  • Demonstrated portfolio of written content (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, articles, or social copy).
  • Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video and design work.
  • Fluent in Canva, CapCut, Descript, or comparable design and video tools.
  • Self-directed — comfortable working from a ticket queue without daily supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across different business units.
  • Reliable home office setup, stable internet, and overlap with U.S. Central Time (Texas) business hours.

Preferred

  • Multifamily, real estate, or B2B financial services background.
  • Experience with reputation management tools (Birdeye, Reputation.com, etc.) and listing platforms.
  • Light front-end fluency (Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML for newsletters).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, GA4, or content performance reporting.
  • Spanish/English bilingual.
