Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape maintenance
- Ability to operate gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics in landscape presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and residents
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including lawns, gardens, pathways, and common areas.
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.
- Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements.
- Perform routine inspections of the grounds to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Remove debris, litter, and leaves from the grounds to keep the area tidy.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of outdoor facilities and amenities.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor irrigation systems and perform repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet landscaping and maintenance goals.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols while performing tasks on the property.
- Report any significant issues or damages to the appropriate supervisor or management.
- Participate in seasonal landscaping projects as directed.
