What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate & Barista, you’ll be the heart of the customer experience:

• Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment

• Take and prepare orders accurately using our POS system

• Recommend and upsell menu items — especially our pastries and coffee

• Prepare food and beverages to our quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking, dishes, and bathrooms

• Support opening and closing duties (cash handling, inventory, etc.)

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn our menu and talk confidently about our products
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer literacy and telephone etiquette
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid Food Handler Certification
