We are looking for an experienced Contract Leadership/Executive Coach to join our team and help our clients improve and build their leadership and executive skills. This position requires someone who is well-versed in coaching various professionals and leaders from all sectors of the business world and can offer both long-term and short-term coaching solutions. You must have extensive knowledge of different coaching methods and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Additionally, you must be familiar with the latest coaching tools and technologies and have the ability to assist your clients with developing individual growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the relevant business industries and be able to connect with their clients on a deep level. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for Contract Leadership/Executive Coach should have extensive experience in executive coaching, strategic organizational development, and teambuilding. They should have a deep understanding of the current business landscape and strategies, as well as a proven ability to develop and implement goals and plans that provide ample opportunities for growth for both managers and executives. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of professionalism and a strong interpersonal presence that can effectively engage a variety of stakeholders. Additionally, solid business acumen and excellent problem-solving skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, leadership, and/or psychology is suggested but not required for this role. A Master's or PhD in one or more of the aforementioned disciplines is a plus. Certifications or demonstrated experience in executive coaching, change management, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and an understanding of adult development processes are also valuable. The successful candidate should be self-motivated and enthusiastic about helping organizations and their employees improve performance and reach their goals.
Responsibilities
-Develop and deliver executive support services including leadership coaching, conflict resolution, transition/change management, performance counseling, and succession planning
-Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement and create actionable goals
-Provide objective and independent advice on leadership approaches to optimize an organization's results
-Develop customized and comprehensive coaching programs for individual leaders and teams
-Define and sustain meaningful performance metrics
-Track progress and provide feedback to executive and senior leadership teams
-Create a supportive, safe, and productive environment for clients
-Facilitate positive relationships between senior leadership and staff
-Evaluate individual and team performance
-Develop and drive organizational strategies for leadership development and succession planning
-Conduct workshops and provide seminars related to leadership coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and change management
-Provide feedback on leadership styles and effectiveness
