Qualifications
- Proven experience in masonry or a related construction field, with a strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the masonry business within construction projects.
- Oversee the daily operations of masonry teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for masonry works.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to interpret project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all masonry work.
- Recruit, train, and mentor masonry personnel to enhance team skills and performance.
