- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process customer food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to customer requests.
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Operate cash register and handle all financial transactions, including opening and closing tabs.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink specials, promotions, and sports events.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all alcohol serving laws and regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, build rapport, and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate and work effectively with other staff members to create a positive team dynamic.
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed.
- Clean and maintain all bar equipment, including but not limited to glassware, shakers, and ice bins.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu offerings and able to make recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage preparation and service.
- Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times.
