Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with businesses and apartment management companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, and other proactive sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to drive corporate partnerships and group sales.
- Utilize networking skills to build connections within the community and promote the RowHouse brand.
Sales Management:
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the studio and the team.
- Drive membership and class package sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Conduct studio tours, demonstrations, and consultations to promote membership sign-ups and class attendance.
- Utilize personality and extroverted qualities to create a welcoming and energetic studio environment.
