Row House, a dynamic fitness studio, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Studio Manager to join our team. This part-time role involves not only excellent customer service and sales skills but also requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with businesses, conducting location-based networking with apartment management companies, and driving revenue through various sales channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with businesses and apartment management companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development:

    • Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, and other proactive sales strategies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to drive corporate partnerships and group sales.
    • Utilize networking skills to build connections within the community and promote the RowHouse brand.
  2. Sales Management:

    • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the studio and the team.
    • Drive membership and class package sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
    • Conduct studio tours, demonstrations, and consultations to promote membership sign-ups and class attendance.
    • Utilize personality and extroverted qualities to create a welcoming and energetic studio environment.
