- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanics preferred
- Proven experience as a motorcycle and kart technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle and kart components, systems, and mechanics
- Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues and performing repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Experience with tools and equipment used in motorcycle and kart maintenance and repair
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in the workshop environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for hands-on work
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

- Certification from recognized motorcycle or automotive training programs is a plus
