Hotel VIA is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk/Customer Service team. As a key player in providing memorable guest experiences, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an extraordinary stay from check-in to check-out.


Hotel VIA is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of San Francisco. With a commitment to excellence and unmatched customer service, we strive to create an atmosphere where guests can experience the city's vibrant culture while enjoying the utmost comfort and personalized attention.As a Customer Service team member, you will be the face of Hotel VIA, responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth, including training in room service and valet operations.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, and previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the hotel.
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Provide room service 
  • periodically provide valet operations for our guests
