As a certified Advisor, you'll work directly with business leaders to align hiring, leadership, and culture with scalable growth.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Advisor to join our team, a role designed for a highly autonomous and driven professional with a proven track record in sales and consulting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the grit necessary to navigate complex business challenges while delivering strategic guidance to our clients. This position requires an individual who excels at advising executives on best practices and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. You will leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and ultimately ensure the success of our clients in a rapidly evolving market landscape. Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are commission-based (or project-based/etc.), and while you can make up to $150k annually, income may vary, especially in your first year.
Qualifications
A strong track record in sales or consulting with proven results
Experience advising businesses on strategy and growth
Confidence and presence to influence executive leaders
A self-starter mindset—highly driven and independent
Resilience and problem-solving skills in complex situations
The ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfort working with senior leadership teams

A network and awareness of best practices in your field
Responsibilities
Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and business owners
Lead strategic conversations to identify business challenges
Use Culture Index tools to analyze team performance and structure
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
Guide companies in hiring, leadership, and organizational growth
Manage your own client portfolio and sales process
Follow up consistently and build long-term partnerships
Stay informed on business trends and client needs
Attend training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism and impact
About the Job
