Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are commission-based (or project-based/etc.), and while you can make up to $150k annually, income may vary, especially in your first year.

- Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments with a focus on resilience and grit in overcoming challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing data and trends to provide informed advice.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Significant experience working with senior executives and leadership teams to drive organizational growth and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in sales and consulting, along with a network of professional contacts.
- Commitment to personal and professional development, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic guidance and insights to executive leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement high-level business strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to inform decision-making and competitive positioning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insights on industry trends, best practices, and key performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
