Qualifications


-Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing service
-Strong communicator who earns respect, not demands it
-Knowledge of plumbing codes and service operations
-Comfortable with numbers, KPIs, and budgets
-Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure
-Valid driver’s license & basic computer skills
-High school diploma required. Industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

This position owns the daily success of our plumbing service department. You’ll be the bridge between the office and the field, responsible for people, performance, profitability, and culture.

-⅓ Leading, supervising, and driving results

What You’ll Be Doing (The Good Stuff)
-Lead, coach, and develop Service Technicians & Install Crews
-Recruit, interview, train, and retain top talent
-Run ride-a-longs and provide real, constructive feedback
-Own dispatch efficiency, schedules, and manpower utilization
-Ensure quality work, code compliance, permits, and safety standards
-Solve customer issues fast and professionally
-Drive department KPIs, gross margin, and revenue goals
-Facilitate daily huddles and ongoing training
-Manage inventory, fleet, and department budget
-Grow service opportunities and membership clients
-Enforce company values, ethics, and safety culture
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be involved, visible, and an impactful Plumbing Service Manager
