We are looking to hire a Sales Associate with experience in motorcycle sales. The qualified candidate will have strong knowledge of the different models, features, and accessories that are associated with motorcycles. They will be responsible for introducing the benefits of our motorcycles to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and creating long-term relationships with customers by keeping them informed of new products and services. The Sales Associate will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in motorcycle sales and a valid driver’s license would be ideal. If you think you have the necessary skills and qualifications for the position, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our sales associate position will have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to effectively communicate with a variety of customers. They should have a good understanding of the product offered and be able to provide detailed answers to customer inquiries. A successful sales associate will be experienced in the motorcycle industry, as this will be the primary product our company will be selling. They should possess the ability to persuade potential customers into purchasing motorcycles and the know-how to close deals. Additionally, this person should have a positive attitude and be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers to the sales floor, and create a pleasant and inviting environment
- Assist customers in their selection of motorcycles, accessories, and services
- Showcase the features and benefits of available motorcycles
- Explain product features, warranties and financing options
- Handle transactions and paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Receive, answer, and assist in resolving customer complaints
- Monitor current inventory levels, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide customers with technical advice and information about product features
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and promotions
- Contact customers regarding upcoming sales events
- Maintain store cleanliness, and other general housekeeping duties
- Support and adhere to all store policies and procedures
