About the Company
Benefits
Full-time employees are eligible for medical, vision, dental, and long-term disability benefits 60 days into full-time employment. The company covers long-term disability at 100%, contributes 50% of your medical premium (with a maximum of $250 per month), and 0% to vision and dental. In addition, you will be eligible for our retirement savings plan benefit 90 days into full-time employment. We will make employer contributions to your 401(k) up to 100% of contributions on the first 3% deferred.
