Our staff frequently goes the extra mile to ensure that our customers are taken care of. To be successful here, you must possess a passion for motorcycles and riding as well as excellent communications and “people” skills.

We are looking for an experienced Ducati Certified Technician to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. This person must demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge of Ducati Motorcycles. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. Ideal candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and be efficient and effective with their work. Motorcycle Ducati Certify Technician.

Technician should have experience working with Ducati motorcycles

any other brand certification is a plus.

Able to work Tuesday to Saturday 9am- 6pm,

pass background screening.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the role of Ducati Certified Technician should have several years of experience working with Ducati motorcycles. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Ducati motorcycles, their parts, and systems. They should also have an extensive knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance procedures, including how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complete Ducati systems. Being ASE Certified is a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and other technicians, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

•Accept work assignments

• Perform maintenance and preventive repair in accordance to factory specifications.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Ducati motorcycles and related machinery

• Modify and upgrade Ducati motorcycle components and systems

• Operate diagnostic equipment to diagnose and document motorcycle problems

• Utilize technical resources to accurately assess problems and document repair work

• Keep work area clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.

• Maintain technical qualification by completing any necessary training programs assigned

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Manage individual email database

• Attend dealer sponsored events

• Motorcycle endorsement
