The position of Account Executive is open for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in HR Tech, hiring, and talent acquisition. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively seeking out and building relationships with potential clients in the HR industry. Your expertise in the latest HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be essential in helping our clients streamline their hiring process and improve their overall talent acquisition strategy. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the HR landscape, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Account Executive position should possess strong knowledge and experience in HR Tech, specifically in the areas of hiring and talent acquisition (TA). It is essential that they have a deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and how to effectively utilize them to streamline the hiring process. Responsibilities



• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the HR Tech industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR Tech market
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other technology tools
• Collaborate with HR and TA (Talent Acquisition) teams to understand hiring needs and goals
• Present and demonstrate the value of HR Tech solutions to clients
• Manage and track sales pipeline and revenue targets
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of HR Tech solutions
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of HR Tech tools
• Attend conferences and networking events to expand client base and promote HR Tech solutions
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management on performance and opportunities.
