Responsibilities
- Oversee all front of house operations at a sports bar
- Train and manage front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostess
- Create and maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for customers
- Ensure quality customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Schedule staff and manage payroll to ensure proper coverage
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food service
- Continuously monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management team to create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns or issues
- Manage and maintain budget for front of house operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adjust operations accordingly to remain competitive in the market.
